Prepaid orders
Shipping for prepaid orders is free.

COD orders
An extra charge of INR 50 is levied on COD orders to account for the additional cost of cash collection.

Standard shipping
All orders are shipped using standard surface shipping. Orders are usually delivered between 4-10 days of placing the order.

Exchange
The entire exchange process from pickup to delivery of the new item can take upto 12 business days.
